Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FitMirror's websites, mobile application, physique projections, workout guidance, meal feedback, and related services. They form an agreement between you and Support Vector Labs LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account.

FitMirror provides general fitness, exercise, and nutrition information—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of results. AI-generated projections are illustrative estimates, not promises of how you will look. Meal estimates and coaching may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your exercise or diet, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that submitted content depicts you or that you have permission to use it. You may not submit another person's image without their informed permission.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, reverse engineer protected portions, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, use generated content to deceive or harass, or interfere with the service or its providers. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to users, FitMirror, or third parties.

Web plans may include a 7-day free trial for eligible first-time purchasers, followed by $9.99/month or $99.99/year depending on the selected plan. App Store pricing or promotional terms may differ; the price and renewal terms shown at purchase control. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew and the payment provider charges the applicable price and taxes. Cancel before the trial or billing period ends through the account page, RevenueCat customer portal, or Apple subscription settings, as applicable. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a refund for a completed billing period. Refunds are handled by the payment provider and applicable law.

FitMirror, its software, branding, designs, workout systems, and service content are owned by Support Vector Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own fitness journey.

The service relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, artificial intelligence, analytics, diagnostics, email, and billing. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific physical results. Support Vector Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update the service or these Terms. We will post revised Terms and provide additional notice when legally required. Material changes apply prospectively. You may stop using FitMirror and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in North Carolina, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
